The Pulley is a cylindrical conveying accessory, which is divided into a driving Pulley (transmission Pulley) and a driven Pulley. It is widely used in various transmission and conveying systems such as rotary screen printing machines, digital printers, conveying equipment, papermaking and packaging machinery. It is usually made of seamless steel pipes, and depending on the process needs, such as aluminum alloy 6061T5, 304L/316L stainless steel, 2205 duplex stainless steel, steel castings, and solid forged alloy steel cores are used as materials.

1, This series Drive rollers are welded by steel plate, and using rolling bearings.
2, The surface of drive plulley includes three type: smooth, plastic and cast plastic. Usually the smooth pulley can be used on condition that the power is not big, and the the ambient temperature is low. The plastic surface pulley should be used when it is easy to slip.
The quality of cast plastic pulley is better.Becasue the external surface layer is wear-resistant. The packed plastic drum can achieve the same performance. It's easy to replace rubber surface , easy to maintain.And it's also be considerde affordable and durable.

Pulley Feature:
1. The belt conveyor drum/ pulley is made by large seamless steel.
2. Use flame cutting machine to precisely cut tube.
3. Weld the pulley inner disc with professional welding machine.
4. Weld the shaft sleeve and disc with the positioner.
5. Process the outside circle with large drum lathe to guarantee the even wall thickness.
6. We select #45 round steel and sleeve to ensure the concentricity and reduction for the eccentric shaft force.
7. Equip the inner bearing enlargement device to avoid bearing damage from beating.
8. We will make the static balance inspection when the belt speed exceeds 2.5m/s.
9. We can produce different type,different standard pulley according to customers’ request.
